  The conduct to observe in a Bed and Breakfast are not only those established by the law, but primarily those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

Below, some simple rules to follow to help us to assure you the highest possible efficiency:

                           
 Reservation requests can be made by phone or email. You will receive a booking confirmation with all the information about the Bed and Breakfast and the method of payment.
 On arrival you will receive the room keys and the front door keys and, if you are coming by car, also a permit to transit in Via Atenea (which is a restricted area). Please, being an official document, leave the permit in the room before your departure.
  On arrival we will ask you your Passport or Identity Card (if you are coming by car, also your car’s plate and model/brand) to fill the Record Card (your data are processed respecting legislation Privacy Law 675 of 31/12/96)
 Being the Bed and Breakfast, a small family-run business, we cannot offer a 24 hour reception service. Please, let us know (by phone or email) at least 24
hours before, your arrival time considering ours check-in time tables. For any changes and/or delays about agreed time or anyways outside the opening hours, please let us know carefully, so that we can ensure anyhow the entrance at the Bed and Breakfast. The failure to communicate about the arrival time and/or delay, cannot therefore be a reason for complaints or claims for reimbursement.
For your security visitors are not allowed on premises.
Breakfast will be served from 8.30 to 10.30; during winter time in the dining room, on the terrace during the other seasons. Consume meals in the rooms is not allowed. 
 On premises is not allowed: smoking , bring and consume alcoholic beverages and drugs.
 Cooking or any other form of meal preparation is not allowed in the kitchen.
 Early departures, for a small family-run business, is a damage because it does not allow us to reassign quickly your room to a possible new host. Therefore, for the entire stay booked, it is no reimbursement provided.
 The B&B “I Tetti di Girgenti” and its staff does not assume any responsibility for possible disappearance, theft and/or damage to objects of your property left in the rooms and/or within the structure.
